We usually see about about 3-5 drops for every 30 events on your list on a per day basis.

Most of the drops occur during the late morning and early afternoon, although some drops also do occur at other times.
How fast do you respond to emails or support calls?
We respond to all Business Hour Calls and Emails in an hour or two max!
Do the drops release good seats or bad seats?
Most of the drops that occur release average to good seats, although sometimes the seats are what you might consider bad.
